At FitnessHubNow, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at fitnesshubnow@gmail.com within the applicable return period for your order.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition and packaging and must not show signs of use, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Return eligibility may vary depending on the product. Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions from us first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at fitnesshubnow@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide instructions on the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or applicable health and safety requirements.

Return eligibility will be communicated where applicable before or after purchase.

Refunds

Once an approved return or refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and costs may vary depending on the reason for the return and the product purchased.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so we can determine the appropriate solution.
